Anderson Mental Health Counseling provides individual, confidential mental health counseling for adults, 18 years and older, in-person or via tele-health^. We specialize in the utilization of cognitive-behavioral techniques, and we also offer the option for clients who may wish to incorporate their faith into the process.
^Telehealth option is available to clients who are outside of a 1 hour drive radius from the Olean office. Clients may request exemption from this requirement by calling and discussing this with staff.
