*ATTENTION FIDELIS CARE NY CLIENTS*
In March 2025, FidelisCare/Wellcare mailed out letters to you indicating that I was no longer in their network. I am working to resolve this issue. I am unsure why this happened as I did not remove myself from their network nor did I ask to be removed. I have asked Fidelis to reissue a letter indicating that this was done in error. You may attend your regularly scheduled session if you are an existing client. However, if you are a new client with Fidelis insurance, I will be unable to accept you as a new client until this situation has been rectified. Thank you.
