INITIAL EVALUATION SESSION:
$150. Please plan on being here for 75-90 min.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
$100 for 45 minutes; $125 for 60 minutes;
$85 for 30 minutes

FAMILY/MARRIAGE:
$120 for 45 minutes; $145 for 60 minutes

INSURANCES/PLANS ACCEPTED:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Exceptions may apply).

ADDITIONAL FORMS OF PAYMENT:
- Cash (No cash is kept on the premises.)
- Personal check (Returned check fee: $50)
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

*Self-Pay prices are based on reasonable fee allowances set by insurance companies. If you are uninsured or in financial distress, you MAY qualify for a reduced point-of-service rate. Please call our office to discuss this with staff.  There fees are the same for in-office and telehealth (internet) sessions. Arriving late more than 15 minutes for 45 minute (or longer) sessions or more than 5 minutes late for 30 minute sessions may accrue a $50 missed appointment fee. Please ask staff for more details.
